Our clients are blind to the industry. They come to us to learn and train and they have no knowledge where to purchase products from and which products to purchase.
To give you an idea, we had one installer who was an electrician, he had just taken on a contract with a large brewery to manage their upgrades of CCTV & Intruder Alarms. He came onto one of our courses and we trained him on Hikvision & Ajax. He was in the process of upgrading 200 sites. All which started with a roll out of the products / brands which we had trained him on.
Another installer, came to us with no knowledge of the industry. We put him in touch with a distributor and other product manufacturers,. He now has a 5 figure monthly spend across the board with them.
