Learn CCTV is a customer service focused business and will always try to resolve all issues without having to refer to our terms and conditions. As a business we still need to have our terms and conditions in place.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. In using this website and by placing an order online, via telephone or in person you are deemed to have read and agreed with the following terms and conditions of Learn CCTV.

LearnCCTV, is not responsible for the privacy practices of any websites, which may be linked from the Learn CCTV website, so please check these separately.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time by updating this page so please check our Privacy Policy for any changes when you revisit our website. By using the website you are consenting to the use of cookies outlined in this privacy policy.

Cancellation Policy:

A course booking can be cancelled within 7 days of the booking taking place, unless the course is scheduled to take place within 3 days of the booking date. Refunds will be made to the card or bank account to which it was paid from.

Once a course has been booked you may change / reschedule the date only once depending on when the next course is being held in. No refund is made for a No Show.

Please note that once a course is booked, we allocate you a space on that course. If the course becomes full and then you decide to cancel at the last minute, we cannot refund you. The place cannot be resold in such a short space of time. Think of it like a Hotel room or an Airline seat. Therefore we do not provide refunds for courses which you wish to cancel at the last minute. We can provide alternative dates should you wish to reschedule.
