ECS Scheme
The Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) is a sole ID and competence scheme, recognised and endorsed by the security industry, to highlight skillsets accredited to operate on electrotechnical work programmes within the UK.
ECS Card
Learn CCTV is one accredited route to gaining an ECS card, and being associated to the Official site for the Construction Skills Certification Scheme, it opens up the opportunity to work in specialised industries such as building controls, data communications, highway electrical, together with fire and security.
Applying for an ECS Scheme
You are eligible to apply for a certificate once you have completed a course with Learn CCTV at Level 2 or above. You will require this certificate to apply for your ECS card, under the category “Security Systems Installer.”
If you already hold an ECS card, please use the same link to upgrade your certification, citing the category “Security Systems Installer.”
